At Asmed Healthcare, we strive to ensure our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’re here to help. Please read our policy below to understand how refunds and exchanges work.
1. Eligibility for Refunds or Exchanges
We only accept refund or exchange requests if:
- The product is damaged or defective upon delivery.
 - You received the wrong item.
 - You contact us within 3 days of receiving your order.
 
To be eligible, the item must:
- Be unused and in its original packaging.
 - Include proof of purchase (order number, receipt, etc.).
 - Be accompanied by photos or videos clearly showing the issue.
 
2. How to Request a Refund or Exchange
To initiate a request:
- Visit our Contact Page.
 - Provide your order number, full name, contact details, and a clear description of the issue.
 - Attach photos or videos of the product and packaging, if damaged.
 
Our customer care team will respond within 24–48 hours with the next steps.
3. Exchange Process
If your request is approved, we will:
- Send a replacement item (subject to availability).
 - Or offer store credit if the item is no longer available.
 - Pickup of the faulty item may be arranged by our delivery partner.
 
4. Refund Process
If a refund is approved (in rare cases), it will be issued as:
- Bank transfer or store credit (in case of prepaid orders).
 - Cash refund in person if applicable for specific regions.
 
Note: Since we primarily use COD, refunds for returned orders are processed manually and may take 5–7 business days.
5. Non-Refundable & Non-Exchangeable Items
We do not accept refunds or exchanges for:
- Items returned after 3 days of delivery.
 - Products damaged due to misuse or negligence.
 - Items without original packaging or proof of purchase.
 - Opened or used personal care items (due to hygiene reasons).
 
6. Shipping Charges
- Original delivery charges are non-refundable.
 - In some cases, return shipping may be arranged by us at no cost.
