1. Delivery Coverage

We offer delivery services all over Pakistan, including major cities and remote areas, through TCS and other trusted logistics partners when necessary.


2. Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after order confirmation.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next working day.

3. Delivery Time

  • Standard delivery time: 2–5 business days for most urban areas.
  • Remote or rural areas may take up to 7 business days.
  • Delivery time may vary during sales, promotions, or high-demand seasons.

4. Shipping Charges

5. Cash on Delivery (COD)

6. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via SMS or email.

7. Missed Deliveries

  • If a delivery attempt fails (e.g., customer not available), TCS will attempt redelivery.
  • If the order is undeliverable after multiple attempts, it may be returned to us. In such cases, we’ll contact you for rescheduling or order cancellation.

We do our best to meet expected delivery timelines. However, delays may occur due to:

9. Packaging

All products are carefully packed to ensure safety during transit. If your package appears damaged upon arrival, please take photos and contact us immediately.
